Swarme is currently looking for people to work with senior community support workers, delivering care across Bedfordshire. We’re happy to accept people with little or no experience as training is provided. You’ll deliver on existing care plans, and you can choose the shifts that are convenient to you.

You’ll be caring for adults with a range of conditions (dependant on your skills/experience) such as:

  • Age-related issues
  • Physical disabilities
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s
  • Mental health conditions such as: Asperger’s, autism or personality disorders
