We’re looking for caring local people to work in the community supporting a range of clients with physical and mental disabilities.
Working in the community means you will deliver care in people’s homes by following care plans and supporting in a range of activities such as; personal care, or non-personal care, cooking, taking medication and attending appointments, encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in their local community and tasks such as going to the cinema or trying out a new activity.
Applicants must be able to drive or travel without too much difficulties in the community.
A range of shifts are available, including hours to fit around personal commitments.
