  • Working on the conveyor line e.g. packing boxes, labelling, sealing the boxes ready for delivery

Job Responsibilities

A great dog walker should be able to walk multiple dogs of various sizes & breeds, in various weather conditions. You must comply with clients’ special requests & ensure that all dogs are treated with love & care. Other general responsibilities may include:

  • Safely transporting dogs to & from their homes
  • Completing client information forms with new clients
  • Accurately recording which dogs were walked, the duration of the walk & if there were any abnormal observations
  • Disposing of pet waste
  • Ensuring that all dogs have fresh water & food as required
  • Scheduling & agreeing times to walk dogs
  • Wiping dogs’ paws after every walk
  • Notifying owners if dogs become sick or injured whilst under your care

About You

No formal education or certification is required to be a dog walker, however, proven experience walking & working with dogs is required, supported by references if possible. You must also be familiar with canine behaviour, UK dog walking laws, basic care & first aid.

Most importantly, you MUST be a dog lover, offering care, kindness & respect from the heart on every walk. The successful candidate must also be:
