There are no professional skills required, so as long as you have good communication skills, have a friendly and caring nature, you will have the ability to make a real difference in the lives of our clients on a practical level.

Don’t worry that you will be given caring tasks to do that are beyond your capabilities. We have a variety of customers that need different levels of care and support. SWARME works hard to match up individual carers or teams of carers to customers according to their needs and level of care required.
Caring for others is a deeply rewarding experience so even though you may end up helping someone with some light household duties that they may not be able to perform themselves without assistance, your help will be greatly appreciated!
