Rather than incurring expensive agency fees, Swarme puts Employers in direct contact with potential Workers. Full profiles are available online, including DBS and references. In many cases, Workers can be booked instantly.

Swarme’s rate is lower than larger employment agencies. Our pay-as-you-go model, and lower hourly costs, mean that you remain in control and save money.

Swarme ensures you get workers with the right experience, trained and fully compliant. We supply DBS checks, references, qualifications and ‘right to work’ documents. Search on preferences such as expertise, language, gender or location.

Flexibility

Stay in control and choose the worker you want. Swarme allows you to flex your workforce to suit your needs without worrying about high agency rates. Find talented workers at short notice, when you need them. There are no minimum hours for booking.

Safe and secure transactions

You can relax and be sure that your card details are fully secured by Sagepay. Swarme do not see your card details and do not process your payments.

Reduced admin

Swarme is online across all devices, so you can manage your resourcing issues on your mobile, tablet or desktop in the most efficient way and cut out the paperwork.

What you can do with Swarme

Job Management

Sign up with Swarme and you will be given full access to the full profiles of our workforce. Just take a look and choose the one who best suits your needs. DBS and references will be included on profiles where appropriate.

Timesheets

Once a job is complete, the Worker will complete a simple timesheet. This is then checked by the Employer in either online or hard-copy format. Once the timesheet is signed off (or after 14 hours has elapsed) the payment is made.

Accounting

Our unique pay as you go model is simple... you pay the worker's hourly rate, plus 15%. Extra charges may apply if you have not registered your card securely with SagePay.

Ratings

We encourage Employers to review the people who work for them. This helps to keep our standards high and provides workers with useful feedback. If you find a Worker you rate highly you can book them again.

In-app messaging

Employers can send instant messages to Swarme for support. Simply click in the Instant Messaging icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. The Swarme admin team will aim to respond within 2 hours of your contact.

Training (workers only)

We provide free basic training and supplementary modules to improve your skills, extend your knowledge and enhance your profile. The more you can bring to your caring role, the more you can charge for your services.
