How long does it take to sign up?
We have tried to make sign-up as quick and easy as possible – it only takes five minutes! If you have any ideas to make it quicker, please let us know.
What type of workers do you work with?
Is my information secure and confidential?
We prioritise the privacy of our users’ data. All your information is encrypted using an SSL connection and we never share your information with third parties. All payments are processed securely through Opayo (previously SagePay).
Can I choose where and when I work?
Will it cost me anything to sign up and start working?
How do I get paid?
We guarantee payment within one week and you will receive 100% of what you earn.
How do I sign up?
It’s quick and easy. Simply create a FREE account with your name and email address then follow the smooth on-line process.
Do you offer training?
Yes, we offer FREE training to suit the type of work you have chosen.
How much do I get paid?
You will receive 100% of the hourly rate you have set.
I don't have any experience, can I still sign up?
Yes, we welcome people at all stages in their journey.
How do I find a worker?
Sign up, review worker profiles, and choose someone who matches your criteria.
Can I choose who I want to work for me?
Yes, our system has the full profiles of our workers; just take a look and choose the one who best suits your needs. To make it easier, some workers will have auto-accept enabled, meaning you can book them instantly.
Are your workers vetted for sensitive positions?
Yes, this includes DBS and references. You can view these via your employer profile.
How do I sign up?
How do I pay for the worker?
Our payment system helps to reduce the possibility of building up large agency bills. Simply enter your payment card details and you’ll be debited once the shift is complete and the time-sheet is approved. This will usually take place within 14 hours of the end of the shift.
Is there anything I need to do when the worker arrives?
No! However you may want to have a quick chat or complete a local induction.
What if I'm really happy with the worker?
Please write a review! This will help us to keep our most talented workers and ensure they continue to find work via Swarme.
What if I'm not happy with the worker?
We care about the quality of our service. You are encouraged to review each worker; this way you will help drive up the quality by increasing competition.
Can I use the same worker again?
Yes, if you find a worker who is just right for you, you can even book the same person in advance.

How do I approve timesheets?
Timesheets are approved on-line, quick and simple.
What if I have a dispute about a timesheet?
As an employer you have the right to dispute a timesheet before paying and submit it for resolution by Swarme admins. This will be resolved as soon as possible.
