At Swarme we understand how frustrating that can be, so we have created a system that allows you to set your own hourly rate. The more experience you have, the higher the amount you can ask for. What’s more, whatever the rate you set, we guarantee payment within one week and you will receive 100% of what you earn with no deductions.

Working close to home can also help you to maximise your working hours. Swarme allows you to set the area where you want to work, so you spend less time travelling and more time earning.

Free basic training
We provide free basic training and supplementary modules to improve your skills, extend your knowledge and enhance your profile. The more you can bring to your caring role, the more you can charge for your services.
Meet us on Mondays
We have a drop-in day each Monday between 10:30am and 4:30pm with refreshments. We are also available for video calls. Talk to us about registering for work or any questions you may have regarding employing staff.
