£9 – £11 dependent on your experience
We have a range of shifts to fit around your home life, studies, social life and other commitments. We are looking for good hearted people with varying levels of experience in care however experience is not necessary as extensive and regular training will be provided.

The role
Under the guidance of the Senior Support Worker, you will be working with a small group of adults within our residential care services in Bedfordshire, who either live on their own with 1:1 staff support or within small groups. Your role will involve caring for adults with a range of conditions (dependant on your skills/experience) such as:
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s
- Physical Disabilities
- Mental Health Conditions (Autism, Asperger’s and Personality Disorders)
- Elderly-Related Issues
You’ll make a huge difference to someone’s daily life by aiding them in basic duties, such as shopping, household duties, basic personal care, providing support to access the community, administering medication and preparing meals. You will also be required to carry out regular care reviews.
All that we require from you is that you can get around easily therefore, a full UK driving license is desirable.
